Supabase takes a continuous write-ahead log backup with point-in-time recovery. Restoring from it is a support request, not a button here.
Records are kept for as long as the account is open. UAE tax law requires invoices and their supporting records to be retained for five years.
One CSV per dataset, the same file each module's own export produces
Uploaded document scans — Emirates IDs, licences, visas — are deliberately excluded. The register of what exists and when it expires is in the Documents export; the files themselves live in a private bucket and are fetched one at a time through a permission check. Bundling sixty identity scans into a download would be the fastest way to put them somewhere they should not be.
Each file is UTF-8 with a byte-order mark so Excel opens it correctly, and cells beginning with =, + or @ are escaped so a spreadsheet treats them as text rather than executing them.
