Statutory entitlement against what has been used this year
Entitlement is calculated once employees have six months of service.
Entitlement follows UAE labour law: 30 calendar days a year after twelve months of service, prorated below that. Only annual leave draws down the balance — sick, emergency and Hajj leave are separate statutory entitlements and are not charged against it.
