Monthly package per employee, split the way UAE law calculates gratuity
The split is the conventional UAE one — basic 60%, housing 25%, transport 15%. It is not cosmetic: end-of-service gratuity is calculated on basic pay alone, so a package quoted only as a gross figure cannot produce a correct final settlement. Gratuity accrues at 21 days of basic per year for the first five years and 30 days a year after that.
